Relaxation CD

The Relaxation CD includes a Guided Body Scan that asks you to follow along as you are guided through a deep relaxation of your entire body. You are alert and in control at all times – this is not self-hypnosis. Through daily use of the CD, you can experience positive physiological, emotional and psychological changes over time. The Relaxation CD is based on the work of Herbert Benson, M.D

The Relaxation CD also includes a peaceful beach experience. The CD is particularly helpful when you are about to undergo any medical procedure.

The Relaxation CD is available for $15.00 plus $1.60 for shipping – a total of $16.60 per CD.
