The Mind Body Fertility Program is based in Westport, CT, and New York City. In addition to the Mind Body Program
for Women, Diane Johnston, APRN-BC, PNP, a licensed psychotherapist in CT and NY, offers individual infertility,
counseling and couples' infertility counseling in her Fairfield County and Manhattan offices. Diane Johnston also
provides training for health care professionals who are interested in offering Mind Body Fertility Programs in their area.
